The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client coverage needs, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
Client Management:
Conduct the scheduled meetings or consultations with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
Sales & Advisory:
Recommend suitable insurance plans based on the client’s needs, financial situation, and lifestyle.
Provide clear and accurate information about policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, and premiums.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and updates.
Handle renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of additional products or riders.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies, including proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure timely submission of documents.
Reporting & Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the sales manager.
Required Qualifications:
12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, should be an added advantage!
